Child Health iNSURANCE

State is FL.

I currently pay child health through mothers insurance 170 month. it will be going up to 380 a month. If child is on my insurance full coverage is only 44 dollars a month. It is abvoius my company insurance is better. How can I fight judge to have it changed to my insurance?

You petition the court for a change in support. I am involved in doing this right now. Your insurance is cheaper, then you should be able to cover your child on your insurance.
I'm assuming the mother is going to give you a hard time on this - have you spoken to her about it yet?

I used to have a temper like that until I realized that what I was accomplishing was making myself look an undesirable character. I suppose you've taken the phone back, but just in case you haven't--why not go down there and apologize both for spending 'their' money and for your outburst and ask them if they will hold the phone (boy, that sounds silly) until you make it good. Maybe you can save both your personal and financial reputation.
