I am from Oklahoma. My son is in an institution to get mental therapy. His father has hired a lawyer to force me to take my son out of therapy. My son has been diagnosed with several disorders. What are the chances that a judge would reverse custody? My ex-husband does not want my son to live with him but his mother (who will cut his money off). I am in a panic because my son desperatly needs this therapy. Is there a writ or something that I could file to halt any court action on custody until my son completes his therapy??? I can not afford an attorney, the last modificaiton I took care of myself. I have not been served with any papers yet. Should I wait to see what happens or should I go ahead and file something? If I should go ahead and file something, what would it be? Please help.
