First i want to say how insightful this web sight is. I know alot of us are not lawyers or judges but normal people with situations that are majorly affecting our lives. I am going through a custody modification now and it is scary to think that as a parent someone is judging me and accusing me of things i know i do not do or am. When someone judges your character and tries to break you down it is unthinkable the emotions that tie into it. Looking over this web site has given me some solice to know that i am not alone. To all of you who are good parents and only want the best for their child (children) i wish you the best. Somedays i just want to cry, because when my x left me, so suddenly for someone else & breaking up our family, it hurt. It hurt to see my child go through it (she was only 6). Now he wants what is left of MY family to complete his new one! Don't give up (i know how hard it is). The thought of having to prove innocence is crazy! I just hope the judge sees this and tells him to move on and leave well enough alone. Our daughter is a happy content well rounded little girl. I will fight till the end to keep her this way. So don't give up the fight, and thank you for letting me know i am not alone
