Sue WalMart & the 17-yr-old & his parents for LOTS of money. WalMart had notice of his behavior after the first incident but continued to allow him access to underage female customers. An employer is responsible for its employee's actions while the employee is working. The 17-yr-old committed the torts of battery, outrage, intentional infliction of emotional distress (trauma & counseling). The parents are liable because parents are liable for the intentional torts of their children. You should be able to find a good attorney who will take the case on a contingency fee. Walmart has deep pockets!
Good luck,
Tracey
