after school child-support

you werent clear by not asking a question,it may be vague, but will still attempt to answer ,if your child will soon be out of school,if the question is will the child still eligible for child-support payments,it depends on the state you reside in some states look at the time that a child becomes the age of majority, which can very, from state to state,18,in some,or 21 in others.but if the child continues their education in a college, then the parent will still be required to pay the child support.even if they are passed the minium age of your state.also your state may have exclusions such as is marriage an issue with the child?if they marry they may lose their child-support also.i am not an attorney, you should consult with one in your home state.good-luck

Age of Majority for Termination of Support?

Determined by the court on case by case basis.

circumstances would be the factor here.

will the child be attending college? still living at home? CP still providing support for the child?

or will the child just be living at home, running around with friends and not considering anything serious with their future?

do the child have a serious medical condition that requires care of the CP and financial hardship?

Amber can you give the link to AZ for the above post? I went to that post but can't seem to find a Arizona link. I have basically what you exactly described above. And would like to investigate further.

Thanks

AZ has no provision for College Support, but will enforce an out of state order for college support.
