What is the name of your state? Georgia

My soon to husband has a daughter from a previous relationship. He is paying child support and it is currently being taken automatically out of his paycheck. He is not behind on the payments. Once we are married, will my income change the amount owed? We live in Georgia and his child lives in New Hampshire with her mother.
Thanks!
Jessica

No, the amount will not change due to your income.

You do not give the state that issued the CS order, which is what matters most. Assuming it's GA, here's GA-specific info:
http://ocse.acf.hhs.gov/ext/irg/sps/report.cfm?State=GA

If it's not GA, then change the last two characters at the end of the link to reflect the proper state.
