Well ex boyfriend is at it again. It took one year for us to finally get child support actually looked at with financial records, that was in janury of this year. AT that time we submitted all info that was suppose to be used. Now he is comming back and says he wants it revisited about the arrears because he want s more credit til birth now.... Though she was a year old before child support was even brought into court because the very first time she is no a little over two.
He claims he support me before during and after birth ,not true. Claims he paid medical expenses(half) he did not.
Claims he is an abused battered man, yet the restraining order is against him and he is to go to batters class for 26 weeks. Writes this letter directly to the judge lot more embelishment from him Iam stating the cut and dry version.
My question I thought this was a settled issue for about three years, Vistiation also, especailly since he has not completed this course like court ordered. I realize everyone is entilted to thier day in court, but this is not even 6 months old and they are allowing another court date on these same topics which where settled in January and Feburary of this year. WHY,nothing has been a change of circmstance especailly in two months. This is going on in NJ

Not sure. Do you have child support set up through CSE? If not you should. I doubt they will let him slide if he has no proof of paying for anything. They don't where I live..you have to have proof. I'm not sure but if he isn't going by what visitation says by a court order I think this is grounds to modify but you should look up the laws for your state on this to make sure. About the other I really don't know. You might want to ask around like the court or a lawyer to get more help. Sorry I couldn't help more.
