What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?


I have a question if anyone knows the answer. Do you think there will be child support ordered for both parents to pay if both of then have custody of one child? My ex has been paying for child support for both children, but may soon get custody of one child. Will I have to pay also?

That's almost impossible to say since you didn't name your state! Also, your respective incomes may play a part.

Personally, I think OP's posting history should play a part in whether she receives additional responses.
