i would like too know is, in our divorce my ex-husband gave me legal custody of our 3 children. but he had visitation on every other weekend and 2 months in the summer. i gave him the kids too him for their summer visit with him,but he never returned them back too me at the end of the 2 month visit. he went got custody of the kids and didnt let me know where they was for a year. he got custody of them in tipton county but my order is in shelby county (my legal custody)so now i am on child support,aqfter four years he brought back too me with no explanation i just receive a letter saying i owe $257 a month when they been with me four years now. am i obligated ,is his papers legal? he also has too pay me child support for when he gave custody in the beginning.
