has anyone ran into this before?the wife's ex was ordered to pay approx. $300 a month for support a week ago, we got the "final" papers in the mail yesterday and the amont on the sheet we are to sign and return is NOT even a quarter of what we/she were told. there was no explaination or anything for the change. i told her not to sign it until she talks to our attorney. what do you all think about this?

Is the amount in the papers written as a weekly amt rather than a monthly amt?

Who prepared the judgement?

both amounts are written as monthly and they were prepared by the court commisioner both times.
