What is the name of your state?Connecticut
Please bare with me i know nothing about this I don't need nasty remarks just help.
For the last 3 years i have been paying Child Support to my X Wife Miriam for the last 3 years. My Son 17 but going on 18 this christmas and my daughter 15 turning 16 november 3rd. The agreement in the divorce papers were i pay 960.00 dollars a month until both of them are 18. This is a different situation but let say my daught gets emancipated at 16 and then my son would already be 18 going 19 and my daughter would be consider 18 plus she would be living on her own. So where would the child support go? to my daughter and son separetly or I wouldnt have to pay child support because she is consdier 18?

Gee, where'd this come from ?

When and IF both are emancipated, go to court for a modification , to terminate the child support orders . There's a remark that might help .

DREAM ON!
First, your support order DOES NOT state that. Now, if you'd like to come back and type here exactly what the order says you MIGHT get a valid response.

Actually it might. I have seen several older orders that were written as child support being a flat amount until ALL children reached age 18.

Actually my parents order was that way he paid 300 a month for all three of us until we turned 18, even though we all obviously turned 18 at different times he paid the same amount for 3 that he would have had to for 1 or 2. Up until the time my youngest brother turned 18. I know 300 a month for 3 kids...he got of easy...

And none of this matters does it? Because NO ONE has any idea exactly what the poster's order states.

That wasn't the issue Belize...you unequivocally stated that his order DID NOT say that, and we were just pointing out that it could very well say that.
True, we don't know what it says and until he comes back and tells us its all pretty irrelevant.
