Hi,

I have a question. If a father needs to pay child support but his jobs vary (he works on contract, sometimes going out of town for a job, etc., and the pay varies.) Does he have to change the child support order everytime he changes contracted jobs? Do they do an average? Just wondering. Thanks.

Usually an average based on yearly income - not on a wekkly or per contract basis. Yearly income can be determined from income tax reports - makes life easier!
