I wasn't looking for the wife to support my child, just how the father's support for three children come into play with both mother's working or having the ability to work. Also court wasn't my idea, but his in response to saying that he can't increase the support even though child care will go up. Like I said I want to do what's fair fro everyone, but at the same time not have my child not get what he deserves being that going to court will result in a "COURT ORDER"!

Has his personal salary gone up? If so, you'll have a much better chance in getting child support increased when you go to court. The mothers ability to work has very little impact (if any impact at all) on when determining how much child support the father has to pay.

My response:

Oh, my God. You have GOT to get off these boards, FKNA !

You have NO friggin' idea what you're talking about. You are misleading our writer with your above statement. Child support has NOTHING to do with whether or not his "salary [has] gone up" or down.

Don't you read my responses ? Or, are you purposefully ignoring my responses just so you can give out your bullcrap responses and mislead our writer?

We have support "Guidelines" in California, that are set by Statute - - that way, Child Support orders do not need to depend upon "chance."

I don't care if the guy has to work at McDonald's flipping burgers all day long. A salary level will be "imputed" to him based upon past ability and performance - - and child support will be set based upon that imputation.

Our writer's child is entitled to the Guideline support level. And, as the child gets older, our writer can have that support adjusted upward once each year if she chooses to.

To our writer - -

It has nothing to do with being "fair to everyone" - - it has everything to do with the law, and that your child at least obtains support at the Guideline levels. You let the court worry about "fairness" and you let the "law" get for your child what your child deserves.

Please, if FKNA's writing has dissuaded you from obtaining what is rightfully yours and your child's, then DO NOT listen to FKNA. FKNA is just a drunkard and criminal offender that comes to these boards and will, even in "sheep's clothing," say things to people on these boards that have no validity in the law.

So, go get your Support Orders for increased child support and, you can have the support adjusted upward once each year in California.

babe'kid....you speak of being "fair". The following link might interest you, it's a child support calculator.
http://www.west.net/~ivguy/calc.htm

My response:

. . . yes, that's "out of date", and using statutory mathematical calculations that are now inaccurate !

The above "calculator" suggested by FKNA is now 3 years out of date, and will give you a "false reading" that does not reflect today's legal calculations, and could dissuade you from seeking the "actual" support you are entitled to receive !

Please, see a local Family Law attorney who will give you accurate results based upon current law, and upon your current financial situation. The attorney will use a computer program (that's up-to-date) called "Dissomaster". Those are the numbers you need to know - - not some suggestion by the drunk, FKNA, who is leading you to use some outdated crap on the Internet.

FKNA, I am going to do everything in my power to get you OFF these boards. You are a "legal menace" to our writers.

IAAL,

"FKNA, I am going to do everything in my power to get you OFF these boards. You are a "legal menace" to our writers."

What's this, everything in your power? From previous post of yours (see below) you made it sound as though you were in charge and could have thrown off at any given time. What happened? Go ahead and use everything in your power to get me off this board. Unlike you, I abide by the terms of the board.

"My response:

You know, FKNA, I made a mistake by allowing you to remain on these boards.

That mistake will now be corrected.

"By clicking the Agree button, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws."

While you are at it, put in a request to have yourself removed as well. You seem to think the above doesn't apply to yourself since so many of your posts contain hateful responses. I often wonder why you think these terms don't apply to you. One will never know I suppose.

My response:

Give me a legal definition for each of these words - obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening.

Don't give me "personal opinion," and don't give me "examples." Give me a statutory or case law definition of each word - - give me a LAW that I have violated - - you idiot.
