I am residing in the state of Massachusetts. I would like advise on how my husband best can pay child support from abroad- We plan to move to Europe within a few months. The CS payments to date are paid through wage garnishment. This arrangement will not be possible in future and I wonder if it is possible to pay via check or bank transfer straight to the DOR from the new country of residence. Ex-wife is very uncooperative and most difficult to deal with.
Age of child is 17 and a half- and CS has to be paid until 21- according to divorce decree.
