my husband has had custody of his two kids for the past two years. his ex-wife gave them up to be with her new husband who is stationed in germany.he didn't ask for child support because he was so happy to have his kids.well now the problem is she is supposed to take them when they are off track from school which is sometimes up to 5 weeks.she never does. i mean never. she always says she will then at the last minute cancles leaving us scrambling for child care.we also have 2 kids together.i don't even have to tell you what child care costs for 4 kids!needless to say my husband wants to pursue support from his ex but he still fighting welfare about money she should not have received and she is in germany. the custody agreement does not say she has to pay child support what do we have to do to get support from her. this is really starting to take a finacial strain on us.
