What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AL but MS has jurisdiction
My husband and his ex are modifying their custody of their daughter. His ex presently has custody. She asked my husband to draw up the papers and send them to her; they both want to be pro se. I retyped the paperwork, based on their previous modification, only changed the names around of the custodial and non-custodial parent. I can not calculate the child support because I can not find any child support guideline forms or affidavits online for MS.
Does anyone have any idea where these forms may be found?
