I live in California

I am headed down to the Child Support office and courthouse to file a Modification for Child Support and to force an audit on my arrearages. I filled out the forms as best as I could and added all the attachments and exhibits. I was going over my forms to make sure it had everything i needed. However, i noticed at the bottom of the motion it said "Govermental". This was child support originally ordered through child support enforcement. is this the right form (FL-687) ? or should i have used the regular form (FL-300) ? or does it even make a difference?

Thanks for your help!
