My ex wants to modify child support now that my daughter is 18 which is ok. He claims per our custody papers he takes the other two kids 132 days per year. This does not occur. one is 17 and sees his dad 4 hours at a time. The other only goes 6 times per month. I could lose $200 month because of this. How do I have to prove he does not see them as the papers claim? Also does he have to include his bonuses in his salary. The papers I read said he does and I don't think he included that. Again how do I prove his salary?

Ask that he be required to submit his tax returns for the last two years....or at least his W2s. Yes, bonuses are normally included if they are regular.
