What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA (but could apply to anywhere)

To all the child support obligors out there. This came from the Georgia code (19-11-12) and states it very succinctly.

"An obligor shall not be relieved of his or her duty to provide support when such obligor has brought about his or her own unstable financial condition by voluntarily incurring subsequent obligations."
