My fiance moved to Washington state several years ago, and is now divorcing her husband, who is still in Texas. There is an existing child support order issued by a Texas court. Will the Washington state courts accept the Texas order, or will they insist on issuing their own order? When submiting the forms, can she just include a copy of the Texas order, or must she include the Washington child support forms? Thanks for any help.
