I live in WI. I pay child support for my three kids. All of the places that I have worked previous to this one has always taken my child support out before taxes were taken out, however at this job they are taking out my taxes first and then my child support. Is this the way it is supposed to be? Also, is child support orders supposed to be based on your gross income or on your net income? According to my boss it is supposed to be based on my net income but I know for a fact that it is based on my gross income. Please let me know what is going on here. Thank you, Denise
