a near "dead-beat" father of mine is the kind of person who would legally fight my mother (custodial) given the opportunity, if I were to get a part-time job while still in a child support contract, is there any way he can void his child support agreement because i'm making an income?

NO...you having a part time job would not void the child support orders. You having a full time job and/or fully supporting yourself however, would give him grounds to try to have you emancipated for child support purposes.
