What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada (Elko)

I just found out that my husband has been having an affair on me. We have been married for 3 years and have a 2 year old daughter together. He told me he wanted a divorce and we are now separeted. I am staying with my parents in Oregon. I was told that I have to file through nevada...I called a legal service office and they had the forms. The contested or uncontested. I went with the contested because i already have all my belongings. My question is after the form comes where do i send it? And is this form also for child support...or how do i go about that? He makes between 80,000 and 90,000 a year so I was able to stay at home and raise our daughter. But now i have no money or car. We had two vechicles. One was paid off and the other one we had payments on. The one thats paid off is in his name. He tried to make me take the one we were still paying on but i decided to leave it because its not reliable and I cant afford payments on it right now.

Marital
assets and debts will be divided between you. Is the car a pre marital asset, or was it purchased DURING the marriage. If during the marriage, did he use marital or premarital funds?

Have you started job hunting? You will not get SS for a 36 month marriage, except in extreme circumstances (such as you worked and put him through Law School, as an example).
