What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

I filed for childsupport back in November of 2009. In January I filled out a paper saying that I agree to suspend/terminate based on father and I agreeing to out of court payments. He has payed me hardly anything because he has gone through 3 different jobs. I know it was a stupid decision on my part, looking back on it now. Am I able to reinstate it? If so, would I have to refile everything again? Or just call and do a shorter procedure?
Thanks

Did you actually file in court to terminate the cs order?

You'll generally need to refile.

Im guessing thats what I did. I got a letter in the mail a few days later saying that the suspension agreement was accepted. And it is signed by a judge. I just wanted to make sure that I could refile it because I read somewhere on google that you cant for 2 years.. and that didnt seem right/fair.

In PA if you feel there's been a change of circumstance, you can file to modify. The fact that he hasn't paid may be enough.
