My husband recently went back to school and took a 50% pay cut. His ex-girlfriend and him have a 5 year old daughter and she still wants the same amount of child support. We have moved out of state from Wisconsin to Arizona and have no idea how to work this out as she will not go to the court and have it reduced. Can she still require him to cover their daughter if she has insurance at work, and moved out of state and then back? We are moving home after he is done with school in a year and hope to try for joint or full custody as her mother is still single and the child is in day care all day 8am - 7pm, and with my parents at least 3 weekends out of the
