What is the name of your state?Oklahoma. My husband is been accused for arrears in childsupport in the state of Oklahoma which he has proof thathe was supporting his child when they said he wasn't.He has brought his proof to the courts in Florida which he know resides and they proceeded to close the case they had opened against him there. However Oklahoma willnot do so or will they give him any information about the case.We fight and know we reach the point where we don't know what else to do.

Has he sent Oklahoma copies of proofs of payments , and a Certified copy of he FL. Court's findings ??

With a demand Letter that the case be corrected . Send it all return receipt requested Certified Mail. Also he should see if he can get a Certified copy of the FL. court's findings , and send them it .

If they refuse write Both States congress representative for that district and ask if they will " Kindly " research the issue of any available remedy for him , or ask if they could forward it to an assembly member who's staff could . The worst that can happen is they say , sorry .

Other than that , a Petition for modification in Oklahoma might have to be filed , and possibly an attorney to handle it there .
