You can put in an application to have the case reviewed.

I would think due to your childs medical circumstances that it could be included, but know that they will not just automatically do this. It sounds like you wouldnt' be able to afford an attorney and I am sure most will tell you that is what you need to do. But, since obviously you have a computere, look under your states statutes on Domestic Relations, or call the DR office, they can give you information on what they do consider and what they do not. Basically child support is both parents salaries...proven salaries so if ex is getting cash under table, his $8 an hour job is going to look like he is the bread winner and then they split it through a calculation. Honestly $414 a month for 2 kids isn't bad. My b/f is paying $635 a month for one child who is 5 months old and he only made $29,000 last year, but he is appealing, he has changed jobs due to a move and now only makes $400 a week before taxes, benefits and all. Also, if she is a stripper, she must work evenings, so if she is using daycare, then offer to have the kids overnight while she works, this too will cut down costs. No matter what you know he is going to have to pay, even if it can't be afforded. Are you two married, because believe it or not if you aren't, then you put him in for child support and then they will factor all three kids with his salary and that should lower it too...at least in most states. Good luck
