child support please help

What is the name of your state? Washington
I'm going to be married soon and he has a son. After we are married will the state combine my income with his to deteremine child support?

Also, keep everything seperate. Do not file taxes together, no joint bank accounts and no joint assests.

When doing a review to see if they can modify an order they ask for the NCP's spouse's income here in this state. If they didn't use it to determine support then why do they ask for it? I'm talking about actual pay stubs. People can say what they want, but if they're asking for it, I believe they are somehow using it.
