I want to know that since I`ve been declared by the social security administration, schizophrenic, for the past 4 years, if i still have to pay child support? I am not mentally stable, therefore i can never work again.
Is it possible to sign away all my rights as a parent and be free of this kid? I never see him and have no contact. if something were to happen to this childs custodial parent then he would be sent to me. i dont want him and in my condition i should not be responsible for him in any way.

It is unlikely the child would be sent to you. Someone else would petition for custody and probably win... and yes, you still need to pay CS until the child reaches Majority.
