I don't trust that the money I am paying in support is going fully towards the children. Is there anyway I can find out how the money is being spent?

That is not your concern. CS gets paid to the CP and they can more or less do what they want. Now, if they are neglecting the children, that is another matter.

Or you can add up in one month costs such as...Heat, water, electricity, food, a vehicle or transporatation to get the children where they need to be, Mortgage or rent, toilet paper, toothpaste, school and/or daycare and clothing. I know there is much more but then I'd be rambling. Add that all up, and then look at what you pay per month in child support....Perhaps that will answer your question on exactly where that money is going.
