I have been served paper's to go back to court to modify my court order. Will my new wife's income be figured into whatever amount they will want me to pay? Also will my cost of living expenses and new child be taken into consideration? I'm from California and it has been over eight years since I originally went to court, so I'm not sure what to expect because I was single then.

CA has a formula they use for figuring support, your income and your exes income will be the basis for that formula. Your wife's income is not relevant to the figures. Not sure if CA will take the new child into consideration, here in TX it is asked in the questionnaire for support determination if there are other children that the obligor is responsible for financially.

Here is a link you can go to that will give you more info regarding how CA computes the CS.
