Child support has nothing to do with visitation.

You should have "1st right of refusal" which is if the bio-mom cannot watch the child, she should consult bio-dad first, to watch. If the welfare of the child is good, then you pursuing action would probably be a waste of time. Probably the only thing that would change is the visitation...maybe.
