My uncle found out he had a kid and is paying child support when the child turned 12 found out it wasn't his. but still is issued through court to pay him child support. so ask around in some cases you can still get it.

He still pays under the cercumstances. I know of poeple who sign over their rights and still pay. agreed upon or not. I'm not sure of their situation but yeh there may be a way for her to get it if she needs it.

A father is required to pay child support and he cannot in the state of Ohio just give up his rights. Details are a must.
