I lost my job in January 2008. I was approved for unemployment. I do not know what the amount is yet. I should start receiving checks this Friday 3-21-2008. What percent of my unemployment should go to child support?

When this happened to me back in 2000, they continued to take out the same amount, but im sure you can reduce it, i would definietly try!

You continue to be liable for the full amount even if you short pay. You are better off filing for a temporary reduction in child support.
