i have 2 children and one on the way. i have just found out that my ex has 2 other children that he pays child support for. if i file for child support for my children will the money i receive be lower than that of the woman who took him to child support first? please respond a.s.a.p. i am desperate!

You didn't include your state, but in general yes.

The amount of money that he pays to the other children (if the order is already in place for them) will be listed as an expense and deducted from his monthly income before your support is figured.

Notice - I said this is in general, depending on your state.
