i am currently a resident of sc. my husband and i were married in this state 13 years ago. we have now been separated for 3 years, and i can't seem to get child support from him. i have been to family court 2 times, and given them his address in nc, where he now resides with his "fiance", and the system could never seem to serve him by the court date. i always wind up showing up for court alone. couldn't something be done whether he is there or not. they see he is not going to show up but i still need support for my kids. i am currently out of work and under doctors care. i only receive $245 monthly for me and my 4 children. 3 lives with me and my oldest is a freshman in college. advise me as to what can be done. need help real bad. i am getting ready to lose all i have. i have 2 weeks to get out of the trailer i am in now and no where to go. HELP ASAP
