my son moved here from iowa end of sept of 2000. his dad has sent only $20 support.i live in ohio. we got joint custody, his dad had the main custody till my son couldn't stand to be there and his grades were all f'. his dad agreed to send 50 dollars a month. also my son had surgery a few months ago, his dad is tto pay for half his medical and we haven't seen a dime for that.

Unless custody has been changed via a court order, and your CS stopped.. and him ordered to pay CS, then he does not have to pay anything.
