CA, I just started going thru divorce process. I found out that my child support is going to be more than I can afford to pay. I have a new child in my life. I'm not trying to avoid payment of child support. I just want to know how I could lower my child support payment as my financial future is looking gray. Please understand that I am not trying to avoid payment. And I don't want this to be a big fight in court as many divorces do. Please advice.

Thank you in advance for your help.
