my name is prudence and i live in the state of indiana. my question has to do with child support. my child and i have resided in porter county for one and a half years. my marital residence was in allen county so my divorce has been taken place in allen county. since our mediation agreement i believe that my husband was not truthfull about his income and my income has been drastically reduced. i told my attorney that i wanted to rework the child support worksheet and she just wanted me to sign the one with the old information. i talked to an attorny here who says that i should ask my attorney to re-work this based on the fact that my circumstances are much different. i have signed the divorce agreement but do not believe it is final. what should i do and how can i intellegenlty raise the question of ethics with my attorney i don't believe she wants to work for me i think she knows that i am broke and does not want to be bothered with me because i am so financially destitute. what should i do
