I no longer have a support case active since my son's are out of school but my question is....If support is still owed how do I go about getting it...at one time he wasn't working(well almost the whole time)due to a back injury...but it came to my attention that he collected alot of money from a car accident settlement and used it to but a business...how do I go about collecting what is owed to me..he is very slick when it comes to paying it(well not paying)...could you give me some tips...I did write the Domestic Relation office but had no responce as of yet...Thanks!

Back Child support is like any other debt...

itis owed to you and will be until he repays it. In addition, he is liable for interest and penalties, depending on your state.
