I am located in Missouri and am recieving child support for 3 children sparatically. My X spouse is in arrears and is not following the court order in regards to providing medical and dental care for the children..He does not follow the visitation agreement. Basically He comes in and out of their lives as he pleases. We have Joint custody with myself being the custodial.. How difficult would it be to get sole custody and if I were to do that would I continue to be awarded child support by the court? Also at the time of our divorce there were items financial that my spouse was responsible for...lawyer fees that have not been paid ...back taxes that were owed that he has not paid...how would I pursue this and is it even worth it?

I would forget about custody at the moment and use your resourses to get all the items sorted. You need to retain an attorney and have him look over all the orders and papers.
