What is the name of your state? Massachusetts.
I have been paying the same child support for fourteen years. Can she take me back to court and get a retroactive payment according to the raises I have gotten or is she only allowed to take me back and get a new weekly payment from the present court date?
She has asked for half of my son's tuition for high school next year, not including my weekly payment. I offered to pay a third, which was rejected.
If I agree, I fear that after I pay the half, she will come after me anyway for a new higher payment. Are there any remedies for this?
She has reaped the profits of at least three properties, is living very well, and Ihave never been able to deduct my son as a dependant. When we go back to court, I know her name will not be on any of those properties, is there any way it can be shown?
Thank You very much
