What is the name of your state? TX
I live in TX, with my 3 children and their mother lives in Canada. We agreed in our divorce that The children would live with me (father) and the mother would get visitation during certain times, holidays and summer. After 4 years the only thing I get from the mother is head aches, Child abuse accusations. I have yet to see any child support. Can I do anything to keep the mother from contacting the children. She has been trying to call the children's school to talk to them. In the past when this has happened the kids have been upset where they didnt listen in school or at home. I feel like less contact with there mother would be better. I just want to have some documentation with the school that says that the childrens mother cant contact them or take them from school. Any advice.

You might want to research FERPA laws...

which state that each parent can have access to school info, etc....but I am not sure if this pertains to a Canadian citizen, if she is one?
Also, what exactly is your custody agreement say? Joint legal? IF so, she can have every right to be involved in legal aspects regarding the children.
I'm sorry but I do not see enough in your post to warrant eliminating mom from their lives-perhaps you can elaborate more? Were the abuse accusations filed in court? Was there an investigation? How did all that come to be?
Was child support court ordered?
Child support and visiation are two completely different things and are addressed as seperate things in a court...you cannot withhold visitation due to non support and she cannot withhold support due to non visitation....
Without more in depth details, the most I can offer for advice is at least, counseling for all involved...if this isnt happening already.
Good luck
