My 10 yr old dauther was recently injured by a neigbor. My daughter was hit in the face with a baseball, resulting in a severely broken nose. She required surgery to fix it, and we have been advised that she will more than likely require more surgery when she is older to get the best cosmetic appearance. A family member told me that I should sue the neighbors homeowners policy. How do I go about doing this, and do I need an attorney? Thanks in advance from a distraught mother in Florida.
