This is my second question.. I thought since I got such positive response to the first..I'd give it another try.
My 3 year old son is autistic, and I have full legal custody of both children.. My ex is under the impression that he is not legally responsible for 1/2 my childrens' medical expenses. he pays 1/2..but only out the "goodness of his heart". I was under the impression however, that in the case of disabled children, when it is impossible for the custodial parent to work, in order to care for the disabled child, that the courts could force the non custodial parent to pay 100% of medical costs not covered by insurance, as well as any other extaordinary expnses such as special schooling , therapies, etc. I'd like to get someone else's opinion. :) THANKS
