What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

I have joint custody of my daughter with visitation on tues and thursdays (6-8) and every other weekend.(begin at 6 on Fri. and end on 6 Sunday). The papers state that on her birthday the conservator has rights to her from 6-8 pm. I have had my daughter for her birthday at this time during the week when her birthday fell on the mother's days (Mon and Wed). However, there was a confusion this year when her birthday fell on a Friday. Does her mother have her from 6-8 on a Friday when I start my weekend at 6? Is she suppose to have her on my days when her birthday falls on tuesdays and thursdays? I thought this clause only applied to her when we had her on Sats for her birthday.

Before your questions are addressed, could you please explain why the child seemingly switches genders by the end of your post?

What about the week visitation? Does her mother have her on my weekly visitation from 6-8? It seems unfair that I dont see her at all on my days during the week. My daughter lives with her and will see her mother before 6 and after 8 on my days.

How about Sunday on our weekend? If we drop her off at 6 PM, do we keep her till 8 or does her mother have rights to her from 6-8?

The birthday would trump the "normal" visitation.

I ain't the one who agreed to it...
