please help...i feel my hands are tied.
my son and his wife in the process of a divorce..for the past 9 months..they have an 11 month boy..the mother is th CP and they have joint custody. the courts have "granted" my son visitation every thursday from noon until 8:30am friday when he is to be taken to daycare and every other weekend from 3:30pm friday until 3:30pm sunday. the problem is he works every weekend and is off every wednesday and thursday, he has asked the mother for every wed.& thur. from 7:30am wed til 10:30am fri. she says weekend means fri-sun not wed & thurs. she also says it is more important for this 11 month old to be in school(daycare) to learn instead of spending time with his father.
he has asked over and over for more time with his son and all she will give him is thursday from noon until friday @ 8:30am. what can he do short of going back to court every time?
can you explain what are the "rights" of the NCP that has joint custody in the state of KY???? he feels he has none.
