What is the name of your state? PA
Involved in a case against a chiropractor who really injured my signifigant other. Attorney for our case is really not doing a good job. Forgets important details, important dates and postponements. How hard is it to change your attorney?? What are the pro's or con's?? Thanks in advance for any help.

**A: it is not hard at all. Simply send a letter of termination. Find another attorney fast as there must be papers that must be filed with the court ie. withdrawal or substitution of counsel etc. and your entire file must be turned over to you or your new attorney........ And lastly, make sure you hire a pro attorney rather than a con attorney.
