What is the name of your state? CA I have a child that will be 14 soon and he is tired of being forced to go to visitations with his father and does not want to continue to be. I have legal and physical custody of him and have had for almost 14 years. From the time he was 2 1/2 months old I have had that custody. I know this might be hard to believe, but I don't say bad things about his dad to him, although he has learned on his own. My son knows he is free to see his dad when he wants, but only goes because of the court order. When does a child have a right to have his say on what he wants to do?
