What is the name of your state? Alaska
We own our own HDD drilling company in Alaska, I went to the Choicepoint site to look at our status and I found that they had posted an out of court confidential settlement with Allstate over an underinsured claim when our 21 month old daughter was backed over and killed in a driveway accident. They also showed me as the driver of the truck. When I checked my husband it
still showed me as the driver and the confidental settlement. The release we
signed says if amount was ever disclosed to anyone we would be liable to pay it back. How did they get this info? :
